Casting Schedule.

 

**Date:** 29^th March 2025

**Location: Shaw Hill Golf and Spa Hotel, Chorley Lancashire

**Time of Arrival:10am

 Schedule Overview

9am - 10am – Set up

10am - 11am: Model Arrivals

- Models arrive at the venue and check in at the reception desk. 

- Please hand your filled in application form to the designer.

- You have 1 hour to prepare.

 

11AM – 12pm: Waiting Area

- Models will be seated in the Yellow Room

- Introductions

- Please wait patiently to be called for your photography session

- We may be walking around so please introduce yourselves.

1pm Onwards:- Photography Session & Catwalk showcase

- Models will be called in groups of 5 to be photographed by Nathan Taylor.

- Each model will have a brief session for our personal headshots and zcard package. Zcards are available to purchase from the photographer at a charge of £10 payable to the photographer on the day . This includes 3-4 high quality images,  measurements and social media details (please notify the designer you have purchased a card to be measured ) - Expect a professional and friendly atmosphere; Nathan will guide you through the process.

- After the photography session, models will walk through to the bar area and wait to be called through to the designer to showcase their walk. 

- Be prepared to demonstrate your best runway walk; this is your chance to shine! 

- During this time we take your measurements.

- After the walk showcase, models can mingle and network with other participants.

- Drinks and light snacks will be available for purchase throughout the day. Please do not bring your own consumables.

FINISHED BY 4PM

 

What to Expect

- Professional Environment: Expect a supportive and professional atmosphere where you can showcase your talent and be your authentic self and get some good content.

- Photography Session: Nathan Taylor is an experienced photographer who will take headshots and create Zcard for models who purchase. Be ready to pose and follow his guidance.

- Runway Walk: Demonstrate your best runway skills. Practice your walk beforehand to feel confident there is plenty of space within the grounds #instagramable

- Networking Opportunities: This is a great chance to meet other models, reach out for opportunities and connect and maybe speak to our talented scout.

- We also have Talent Scout - ???? Application forms will be sent to our trusted talent scout why maybe attending scouting fresh faces to sign to their books in person. Maybe this could be your time?

- We will be there all day in a stunning 5 star location serving as a great opportunity to get some great content for your social media.

- Refreshments: Drinks and light bites will be available for purchase from the bar. Stay hydrated and energized! 

• Attention: Please be advised that at the casting event there may be security in place this is to ensure a smooth and safe entry process, we kindly ask that you bring a valid form of identification along with your completed application form.

This is necessary for several reasons:

-        First, to verify the identity of all participants and maintain a secure environment

-        Second, to streamline the check-in process and minimize wait times.

-        Third, to ensure compliance with any venue regulations that may require identification for access. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the casting!

• Access may be denied in certain situations due to various factors, such as insufficient permissions, or security protocols

For instance, technical issues or system malfunctions can also result in temporary access denial. It is essential to ensure that all necessary credentials and permissions are in place to avoid such restrictions.
